I've only replicated what's on the diagram Ducati have provided. Presumably there is a socket wired in for a Bluetooth Module. The diagram shows 12V and ground connections plus Canbus + and Canbus-. Presumably the module would send information to the hidden dash icons.
The new DVT MTS1200 has a Bluetooth option for a Ducati Infotainment system that allows you to listen to music from your phone and pick up calls via the Bluetooth. I'm guessing that something like that was envisaged for the Scrambler - A future update maybe?
