Yeah.... am pretty miffed at Sergio too. Am waiting for him to contact their driver to have my red icon delivered... this after doing him a favour and agreeing to take the bike early (i ordered in Feb for delivery in May). Must be a very elusive driver.... three weeks and still no delivery date. Pretty terrible customer service. Have two Hondas in the garage and their dealers were absolutely no trouble - made promises and kept them. First and probably last Ducati :-(

Their driver is a really decent bloke if you mean Geoff. Good friend of mine and will look after your bike in transit like his own. Its the factory causing the problems not necessarily the dealers. I am still waiting for all my extras I paid for 2 months ago and ordered 3 months ago. I just have to be patient too which is

hard.
