The forks are not stock. The forks have a SB/GP 25mm Cartridge that was design by my company SB Suspension in conjunction with GP Suspension. GP is producing the cartridge for my company. The performance of the fork is silky smooth with precision handling. Also, I designed the shock which is built by JRi. Truly the best handling Scrambler imaginable.
The tires are Michelin Pilot Power Road III's. The stock tires didn't have enough feel at speed and nor the rain.
This bike is no trailer queen. It is ridden daily and in the rain.
That really looks fantastic! Beautiful shade of blue. Love the silver wheels here too. My only suggestion is to remove the factory silver stickers. It would look much cleaner.
If I find time to take them off I will. I don't even notice them. The frame will be Powdered Candy blue over the silver metallic color of the wheels whenever racing winds down for the season.
Between working the MotoAmerica racing circuit for Ohlins and suspension service in the shop. It has been a non-stop year with little time left for playing with the Scrambler.
I tried a few aftermarket bars but they were not wide enough for my comfort. The Full throttle bar isn't swept back enough but it's a great compromise. Originally, I looked at ordering a Full Throttle handle bar from the dealer but with the correct brackets needed the price was around $350. Then I figured out that Ducati sells it as a complete accessory with brackets for $140. Go figure.
You have me laughing on the inside. I've ordered two different fenders for the front. The stock fender doesn't fit well after changing the tires.
I think it's the flat track look that Americans like!
For the back, it was just to big and I haven't had time to make a cool hugger.

Could you help with a couple of queries please.
What do you mean "the front fender doesn't fit with the new tyres". Did you fit a wider tyre or different profile.
I believe the OEM mags are powder coated. Did you get it removed before applying the silver powder coating.
Is it easy for Powder Coaters to do this or is it a specialist job.
Was the OEM mag rough after the removal of the powder coating - did you have to do a lot of preparation before applying the new.
What are the pit falls when getting powder coating removed/replaced.

I'm another one who doesn't understand removing fenders. Really like the 916/955 fender. Changes the look a lot. What size tires did you go to? I'm thinking of going to some Pilot Powers when the stock skins wear out. TIA for any info.
