That looks great! I didn't want to wait for a classic so I'm just getting an icon adding the classic fenders an enduro seat, full throttle handlebar and I'm thinking to get the tank painted desert brown but not 100% on which color I want!

I didn't think about wrapping one of these classics. I LOVE the orange but I must admit this black take the cute right out of these bikes and really makes them MEAN.

How high quality of a wrap can you have done ? It would be great way to swap colors on the classic without committing.

MAN, I am over-the-moon with your pics. Stared at them for 5 mins at least! I am seriously considering paining my classic(its on the way still) tank in satin black.
May I ask, did you have the orig seat dyed? Looks amazing. I was partial to the brown seat with blk but your shows amazingly well.!
Let me know if you get a chance.

Looks great, just what I was thinking of doing except with a gloss black. What seat is that?
Hey ralph, how quick were you planning on going gloss black. I was thinking after I empty the first free gas tank. I am doing satin black, in between-ish. So make sure to put some pics up. my paint guy said if I don't like the satin, he will gladly paint it gloss. WE know that work thanks to Pho. My paint guy is pretty **** chill. I just would need to buy the paint he said.

I was planning on painting the tank gloss black, but now that I have the Classic I am quite fond of the 'sunshine orange'. It does make it 'pop' a bit more.

Black is still cool though
Agree with you, I have had too many black bikes and this time went for red. When I saw the Classic in the flesh I thought the tank colour was lovely

As of right now I'm not quite sure what I am going to do about the color. I ordered the red icon and was vacillating between painting it gloss black or buying Ducati's 'brushed steel' tank if it wasn't too expensive. But now that I have ended up with the yellow icon I really like the color. I still want to modify the bike and make it my own, but exactly how I just don't know yet.

Sounds like you lucked out in the paint department and I'll be interested to see how the satin turns out. Maybe that will be the way to go. But you are still waiting on your bike aren't you, when are you expecting delivery?

thanks for the replys...sorry for being to lazy to quote all the questions ;)

the original seat wasn't dyed..it's still the original one, looks quite dark on the pics sorry for the bad quality
price for the repaint was 300 euros all included, bar end mirrors are the rizoma ones and I think they fit quite well

this is my first black bike, sticked to the red ducatis in the past but I really like it

Yes, still waiting. They are saying, "on the water and mid May" who really knows though, right? They've passed a few icons already. I almost sat on one last week, were it not for the giant sold sign affixed to the seat. That couldn't have meant;) me could it?
