I have ordered Rizoma bar end weights, more for the looks. However I was out riding 150 km in two stints and after that my hands felt a bit numb, so I hope the new bar ends will improve the small vibrations in the handlebar.

Have you gotten them/installed them yet? Photo please if you have.

I tried to remove the stock bar end plugs and they do not want to come out. You know how they come out?

JohnnyK8: i noticed you have upgraded your handlebar. And of great interest to me is how you tidied the brake and clutch lines. Did you have to cut or buy new lines? How did you run the wires downward away from the speedometer? My brake line is now crammed too near the speedometer. My clutch cable is awkwardly too long.

If you are looking to reduce vibrations specifically, you can try stuff called liquid barsnake or just one of barsnake's other products. You have quite a few options there for adding weight to the bars which will help reduce vibrations at certain RPM's. If you're more of a DIY'er, I've heard of people getting great results by filling the bars with bird shot, bb's or similar (even rolls of pennies) and the using caulking or silicone to fill in the bars and keep it tight.

I am also interested in your question about the brake and throttle cables (not clutch)

One side of mine was a real pain in the butt to get out. I used a length of wood and a hammer to tap it out.

The wood is so that you don't damage the metal bars, the wood will give before the metal.

Hi Guys, hope i can i ask you a question? :)

did all your scramblers have this space between gasgrip plastic and bar end wheigts? so what i mean, is the white plastic also on your bike longer that the rubber or is it only on the bike we get in? if all scramblers have the same issue i will make a special version, but i´m not sure ??

thanks for your help
Chris
