Any 7/8 bar end/grip will fit. Just be careful on the throttle side and leave room for the tube to move freely when you install the new bar end.

Also, for anyone who installs their own grips, your wife/girlfriend's hair spray is a perfect lubricant-that-turns-into-a-glue. Just spray a bunch into the new grip, then slide/twist it on and when the hairspray dries in a couple hours, you're good to go! Compressed air is always nice to have around for installing/removing grips.
