That's what I was afraid of. I changed the fork springs and oil in my friend's Thruxton Friday night and he had these and I thought it'd be a way to maybe dial back harshness for off road, but it makes sense that it won't work for our bike.
Anyone know where to get adjustable fork caps that fit our forks?
I'm thinking about getting something like this so I can dial out a bit of the harshness of the forks when I decide to take slower rides offroad. Any idea where to find ones that fit?

Or is this a bad idea because each fork controls rebound and compression independently, so you can't adjust them equally and have the same effect?
