Scrambler leather luggage

I made these with a few criteria that matter to me
1/ No stitching, wet moulded & glued with the glue that keep your soles on
2/ Inside the wheelbase and low as possible (high and back makes handling weird)
3/ Room for passenger

Pretty happy with result, just took missus for a 50 mile shakedown run, we could travel on this, bike will be my son's , he and his girl will.

Not meant to look anything other than functional but had a few people comment on them.

Tankbag (tankbox ?) is different colour cos it's veg tanned and much easier to make hold shape than chrome tanned, will prob make another pair of saddlbags from same veg hide but first we test these, exhaust deflector working well so far, will be 40 C (105F) on Tuesday if RH doesn't get hotter than LH, I'll call that proven.

Good work - love the willingness to take a risk and try something new.

Thanks,, but not completely new, proven the leatherstuff on my old Guzzis, only test is heat from exhaust, all good after hottest day so far, not worried now but need another muffler for GC, not sure if any aftermarket fit the bill (clear bags, don't scrape, sound neighbour friendly), so guess were making something. cat gone, a centrestand might be possible, make lubing chain easy, let alone punctures !
