Say 'ciao' to my new FT

She's 1 week old now, 800km on the speedo so far.

At first I thought I would change everything to black and put on the high-position-exhaust from sc-projects. but when I saw the bike at the shop I really liked the design and decided to stick with yellow and black. Also the sound of the termi exhaust was much better than expected. So i tried to stay with the original design (ducati did a great job). I just wanted to change some small parts to improve the overall quality and with the bar end mirrors I tried to underline the flat and wide appearance.

These are the modifications I did so far:

DUCATI Sport Headlight Fairing
DUCATI Billet Aluminium Instruments Trim
DUCATI Lower Instrument Panel Cover
DUCATI Belly Pan Protective Plate
DUCATI Aluminium Footpegs

RIZOMA Class Retro Barend Mirrors
RIZOMA Sport Grips
RIZOMA Handlebar Caps

EVOTECH Rectifier Guard
EVOTECH Oil Cooler Guard
EVOTECH Rear Spindle Bobbins
EVOTECH Front Fork Spindle Bobbins

The bag is a Kriega US10.

after the 1000km inspection I will change these:

RIZOMA Gas Cap
RIZOMA Mini LED Signals
EVOTECH Crash Protection Bobbins
and paint the exhaust's heat shield black

What do you think? Like my bike?

Thanks mate!

I guess I had too much time to think about what I might want to change while waiting for the bike to be delivered.

yummy!

Does the US10 overhang by the sides? I tried my old US20 and it was too big

congrats!

the us10 fits almost perfectly. if you move it to the far end of the seat it overlaps maybe by 1 inch on each side...

Looks great but damnit Jerry you had me scared there for a minute. I wasn't sure if 'ciao' meant hello or goodbye and thought you might be one of the recent rash of scrambler 'defectors' selling their bikes.

I like the mods and can definitely see some of them in my scrambler's future...eventually...hopefully.

I'm totally in love with the bike! And with each mile driven I love it even more. There is no reason for me to get rid of it in the near future...
