Thumbs down scramble is not waterproof?!

Hello

I have my 62 for like 8 months now, the problem is once the lower body gets in contact with water it starts to go all crazy, turning off, and very loud popping sounds come out of the termigioni exhaust. the dealer here in my country is not of any help at all..
