Hi there yankee, welcome to the forum! From what I've read, folks are well pleased with the Mustang, and the Sargent. Corbin makes a seat too, but I've heard little about it. At 5'11", make certain the bucket shape of the Mustang will leave you plenty of room.

"Greer" (Sarah)......thank you for your feedback......I picked up my 2017 Icon Silver Ice this past Wednesday....Today was spent in the garage installing the Mustang seat.......like it so far ....fit feels good. Stock seat was like humping the gas tank...my "humping" days are over at my age....but appreciate a comfortable saddle. The tank protector ( black stripe) was next. Easy nice install and fit...looks good with the silver color. Next was the front fender extension ....another easy install. Then on to the Tidy Tail....a little
more time consuming with the wire clamps removal and wire re-routing. Much happier with the "plate location". Last was the Throttle Tamer and Oury grips....I run Oury grips on many of my bikes.....Like them a lot. Stock Ducati grips are craplola.
My Ducati dealer told me that the Icon is still Euro 3 .......other versions of the Scrambler are now Euro 4......and the Throttle Tamer
should work well. It's supposed to be a nice day this coming Monday in Vermont....I ready for the first run. I test rode an Icon last
fall.....that is my only experience with a Scrambler. I think I've done the right "mods" to make it the way I want.....
Pictures and full report will follow soon......

I'm all about the Oury grips too, put them on this bike first thing. Those factory grips were the sorriest things I've ever seen. Hope you get to ride Monday, and hurry up with those pictures!

....first run today....30 miles on the clock......very tight which is to be expected. Throttle tamer works great....not at all snatchy
like the Icon I test drove last fall. I don't like the clunky transition between 1st and 2nd....and the neutral light is impossible to
acquire ....unless you power down. Clutch lever adjusted to specs......what's with this?..(call into dealer). Mustang seat as expected..
I like it. Front fender extension helps a tad......Tail tidy looks OK......but I can see that this is a preferred dry weather bike. It's a real mud and water slinger. I'll leave my good jacket on the hook on "wet" days. Overall, I like it a lot......and will more so after the transmission issues are remedied......
I am not familiar with "drag & drop" attachments.....I'm used to just
going to my computer files, tag and upload each picture ...like how I do it on other forums.......some day I'll post a pics or two.......Silver Ice is Nice !!
